I contacted B & B in the spring of 2021. I was specifically looking for a low branched specimen. Not only did they promptly reply to my inquiry, but they sent me a picture of the actual tree I’d be getting! My tree arrived a couple of weeks later in good condition with no damaged leaves. It has flourished right from the start. It was about 7 feet tall when it was planted and has grown steadily since. Paperbark Maples are slow growing, perhaps 6-12 inches a year, but the reward for patience is well worth it.

Ordered my maple in the summer and it was supposed to be sent in October but was delivered in November. Apparently that’s better for my area (NC) but I was kinda anxious about it. When it arrived it was a beautiful fellow in a sturdy carrying barrel. Also came with a bag of compost and a bag of plant food. It was easy enough to plant, but will have to see how he does over the winter. Can’t wait to see him grow. Looks healthy and happy.

I was not home when tree was delivered, driver never called. Fortunately, I had a furniture Dolly to help me move the tree.

I'm not usually one to review but I recently used their design process and I must say it was a 10/10. I've spent waaay more money on traditional designers with far inferior results. The team was easy to work with and adjusted to my budget as we couldn't do everything we wanted this fall. Everything arrived on time to our satisfaction which made the process smooth. Highly recommend!

My 3rd tree from B&B - very pleased. The tree took quite awhile to arrive (delivery issues), but was perfect when delivered - very healthy and large! I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be so. Customer service is top notch. Thank you Bower and Branch!

I LOVE my new front yard design! My designer incorporated all of my ideas and was able to really soften the look of my very modern house. I can't wait to start installing my new garden beds. But my favorite part was how she took an ugly, unused side yard and transformed it into a quiet little escape with a hammock - my new summer reading nook! I will definitely use Bower & Branch when it's time to get started on our backyard.

I'm a master gardener, but when I moved to Colorado from the Midwest I found myself in somewhat unfamiliar territory because I wanted to be water conscious and incorporate plants suitable for xeriscape gardening here in this high desert climate and still create a beautiful garden. Bower & Branch (formerly Tilly) helped me with a design incorporating native plants plants in my backyard designs. I also struggled with how to incorporate a vegetable garden with the rest of my backyard landscape without it looking messy. It turned out great and our designer was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the Bower & Branch team.

The design process was fantastic. I loved my designer and felt she really listened to my needs. She understood the look I wanted - even though I couldn’t fully communicate it! We were doing a full yard redesign, adding a pool, patio and a privacy wall of trees and she thought of so many clever ideas to really tie everything together and maximize the space. The final planting plan she delivered was stunning. And I was SO glad I added 3D images because I was able to show my contractor, landscaper (and husband!) the vision so clearly!

I worked with the Plant Whisperer team to coordinate my tree and plant delivery. They were excellent and everything was in beautiful condition when it arrived at my home. Because I was able to order such large trees I immediately had privacy from the neighbors - which allowed us to enjoy our yard right away.
